Custom Due Diligence AI Prompt Tool

Your use of this tool is subject to these terms and conditions.

This tool will ask you a few quick questions, including your email address. After you complete the form, the system will automatically send you your custom prompts, ready for you to copy and paste the questions to one at a time into a generative AI tool paired with a search engine like Microsoft’s Copilot or Google’s Gemini.

AI research has the potential to accelerate the due diligence process. Traditionally, investment research conducted by bankers, angel investors and venture capitalists requires tens of hours over weeks or months. That investment of time makes less sense for small investments made via regulated investment crowdfunding.

When you use the prompts, we invite you to share your experience in the comments on this post.

Please note: AI engines make mistakes, including important ones. They are known to hallucinate–that is, to conjure and state as facts things that are simply not true. As such, you should never rely entirely on these prompts and their results for making an investment decision. Relatively speaking, it is safer to use AI-based due diligence to conclude not to invest, having learned something you might otherwise miss. It is riskier to rely on the AI output to justify making an investment. If you conclude the analysis resulting from these prompts with an eye toward investment, further diligence is strongly recommended.

By using these prompts, you indicate an understanding that these tools are preliminary, experimental and educational and agree that The Super Crowd, Inc., a public benefit corporation, and its employees are not responsible for any investment losses you may incur after using these prompts.

The only "fee" we charge for using the tool that in exchange for the service, we'll add your email to our mailing list. We provide lots of relevant content there, but you may unsubscribe at any time.
